Shark Tank

Other than soccer I don’t watch much TV. Tonight though I caught the finale of Shark Tank. The Examiner gives a rundown. It was an interesting dynamic watching entrepreneurs and investors negotiate on TV. I couldn’t help but notice one even looks like fellow blogger (and original investor in my company) Mike Feinstein.

I’m not sure I could watch 10 episodes of Shark Tank (or perhaps any show except Dr. Who) but it is definitely worth checking out the finale. As a post note the technology guys who walked away with $600k for the sports website JumpForward connecting coaches to players apparently got enough publicity to bring down their website for short time. Fortunately Google caches sites.

By the way to the techie who declared a CCNA is the equivalent of a PhD in the internet, he may be surprised to find out that at Nashua’s High School you can take a 2 year course where at the end you can obtain CCNA certification (see page 68). Yes, that’s right – High School. Because of this my 17 year old can out-hack me in my own network!
